Swim and Dive Lessons

Swim Lessons are open to children ages 4–10. Swimmers will be grouped by age, however, adjustments due to each swimmer–s ability will be made by the instructors in the first days of each session where necessary.

Dive Lessons are open to children 7 & older, provided they have basic swimming skills. We will only run dive lessons if there is adequate interest.

Swim Team Stroke and Turn Clinic

Clinics will be instructed by the Meadows Swim Coaches and are intended for those wishing to refine their competitive skills working on all four strokes and getting extra practice on turns and starts. Please choose either a Tuesday or Thursday clinic date. No make–up dates are available for classes missed. Each six week clinic is $30.00.
