Its time to register for Swim Team 2007 - (May 15th Dead Line). Whether you are a returning swimmer or would like to join for the first time, we encourage you to get involved. It is a great way to spend your summer and improve your swimming skills. The team is open to all members ages 6 to 18. Please note the intent of swim team is for competitive swimming, not to teach your child how to swim. If your child needs to learn how to swim please refer to the swimming lesson form in general mailing. A prerequisite for being a swim team member is to be able to swim one length of the pool and to know two out of the four competitive strokes. This packet includes preseason information, registration, a waiver release and a parent volunteer form. It is mandatory for at least one parent of a swim team member to sign up for a volunteer position. Volunteers are expected to work a minimum of 4 meets. Please return your registration form, signed waiver (on back of registration form), volunteer form, and fee by May 15. Due to the conference restrictions we will have a maximum of 16 swimmers per age group. Each age group is represented with a boys and girls. Registrations for all age groups will be filled on a first come first serve basis. |

Swim Team Rigistration Form (due May 15th) Waiver Form (to be signed by Parent due May 15th.) Parent Volunteer Form (click Here) Volunteers: All our dual meets (Home and Away) are ran by volunteers. You will be assigned meets to work throughout the season. It is expected that if you are at the meet you should be working. We have plenty of positions to fill. Please fill out the volunteer forms according to when your swimmer is available for a meet. No one will be asked to work a meet when his or her swimmer is not swimming. Please remember we are all volunteers and lack of workers could cause a forfeit of the meet. 2008 Fees: The fee for this season is $85.00 per team member (with a maximum of $280 per family). This fee must be paid by May 15. No refunds will be made for withdrawing swimmers after the first meet.
